Sometimes, the most powerful acts of kindness happen in the simplest moments. During one of our recent outreach walks in the UK, we had the opportunity to connect with a man living on the streets—and it reminded us why compassion must always be at the heart of what we do.
On a cold day in a busy city centre, we met a gentleman sitting quietly with his few belongings by his side. Life hadn’t been kind to him, yet he greeted us with humility and dignity. Instead of just passing by, we остановed to speak with him, listen to his story, and let him know that he mattered.
More Than Just Giving
